Trade Ideas - Lead or Follow

Offering trade ideas services can be done directly from the MarketPortal, Stock Charts or searched for in the Marketplace for Trading Ideas.

Trade Ideas Creator

Submitting a trade idea is simple and once created an alert is set up which is delivered by email or SMS when the conditions of the trading idea are met. Offering a trade idea and tracking its performance and others you have made, contribute to your reputation which allows you to attract paying followers.

Submitting a trading idea is simple and can be done from the MarketPortal Trading Ideas widget, or from the drop-down menu in the charting tool. Ensure the stock picker filter (the funnel icon) is configured for the correct exchanges - including indices, FX and energy/precious metal commodities if required.

To submit a Trading Idea:

• (i)Stock symbol or FX currency pair
• (ii)Target Price
• (iii)Stop Price
• (iv)Time period (1 month, half-year or 1 year)
• (v)Level of conviction/confidence
• (vi)Pitch

If you would like to keep your trading idea private then uncheck the Public box. Private trading ideas will appear in your call account and will trigger alerts but will not be viewable by other Zignals members or be followed. There are no restrictions on the number of trade ideas you create, or on which exchanges/FX/commodites ideas are made.

An internal ranking system (ZiQ) awards trade ideas which hit their targets but penalises cancelled ideas - particularly those ideas which are negative but have yet to hit their stop price. This is to reward members who meet their targets and ensure adequate stop protection on the flip side.

As part of the revenue share (coming soon), Trade Ideas creators will earn 50% of the $1 to $5 subscription per month your followers pay to follow you. The first 100 followers you have are charged $1 a month with subsequent followers paying $1 to $5 per month. The revenue feature is coming soon; there is no charge to follow Trade Ideas creators while in Beta, and consequently, no income to be earned either.

Trade Ideas Follower

If you want to know who has their finger on the pulse of the market then the MarketPlace is the place to find them.

In the MarketPlace for Trading Ideas you can find who has an opinion on your favourite global stock, commodity, or FX pair. Two forms of search are available; Basic or Advanced

In Basic search, market predictions can be found by user or by asset. In addition to available trade ideas found on Basic search are strategies and charts created by the user or containing the searched for asset. The Basic search also displays latest news and tweets and a live intraday chart when the market is open for the asset currently searched.

In Advanced Search, additional parameters can be included like ZiQ, top performers, sectors, exchanges, and time. Trade Idea creators can be also be identified by their target or stop hits.

The search output will display the necessary link to follow a Trade Idea Creator.

When you have located a Trade Ideas Creator you would like to follow click “Follow”.

Trade Ideas and the creator of the idea are also listed under Statistics of Stock Charts

Once a user is followed, new calls made by that user will be delivered to you by SMS or email.

In your subscriptions is a list of all the Zignals members you follow with links to un-follow them.

There is a nominal charge of between $1 and $5 per month to follow a Zignals Members calls.
