Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many signals a day can I generate?
There is no limit to the number of signals which can be generated in a single day - including roundtrip signals. However, it's recommended you remain consistent to your strategy goals so subscribers can know what to expect.
2. Why use an External Signals Platform?
If you have built a strategy using your own system, or one developed in Metatrader, you can import those signals into a Zignals Strategy, to sell and market in a revenue share with us.
3. Can a Managed Strategy also receive signals from an external source?
Only strategies designated to receive signals from an external source (Excel or Metatrader) can import signals. Strategies created to only trade using the Portfolio signals interface cannot later be adapted to accept External Signals.
4. What assets can I use in a Managed Strategy?
You can create signals for global stocks and/or Forex. The only restriction is on the currency selected when the strategy was created. For example, a strategy created in USD US Dollars can trade US listed stocks or US Based Currencies (e.g. EURUSD) but couldn't trade a stock listed in Euro.
